These are some of the more than 100 athletes that work with Champion Athletes on the Strength and Conditioning, injury management or Sports Nutrition:

Anthony Ashnault– Anthony is a four time undefeated NJ State Champion.  He is a multiple time Fargo All-American and Captain of the South Plainfield State Championship Wrestling Team.  He will be attending Rutgers University in the fall of 2013.

Alexander “Lenny” Richardson– Two Time NHSCA National Champion and 2012 NJ State Champion.  Lenny is a four time NJ State Qualifier, and placed 5th in 2011 and 1st in 2012.  He was an NCAA Qualifier as a true freshman for Old Dominion University.

Tony Pafumi– 3rd in NJ in 2012 and 5th in 2011. Tony was the Captain of the St. Peters Prep Football and Wrestling Teams. He will be attending Rutgers University in the Fall of 2012. He is a three time NHSCA All-American.

Jason Estevez– Jason took 3rd in the 2013 and 2013 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships and placed 4th at the 2012 NHSCA Junior National Championships.  He is a two time NJ State Placer and a two time NHSCA All-American.

Zach Hertling– Zach placed, 4th in 2013 and 3rd at the 2012 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships as a Freshman for Ocean Township High School.  He is also an NHSCA Sophomore National Champion

Jorge Lopez– Jorge took 3rd at the NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships while wrestling for state ranked Delbarton.  He will be attending the prestigious Williams College.

Nick Gravina– Nick placed 4th at the 2012 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships and placed 3rd at the NHSCA Junior National Championships.  Nick is a multiple time state place finisher and wrestles for Nothern Highlands High School in NJ.

Rich Lewis– Richie placed 3rd at the 2013, and5th in the 2011 and 2012 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships.  He also placed 4th at the NHSCA Senior National Championships.

Justin Colon– Justin placed 6th at the state wrestling championships.  He is a four time state qualifier and the third winningest wrestler in NJ Wrestling History.  

John Balboni– John placed 6th at the 2013 and 8th at the 2012 NJ State Wrestling Championships and is a two time state place finisher for the 2011 State Championship David Brearley Wrestling Team.

Joe Balboni– Joe Joe took 3rd in the 2013 NJ state championships and placed 4th in the NHSCA Junior National Championships.  He also placed 2nd at the NHSCA Sophomore National Championships.

Devin Geoghegan– Devin placed 2nd at 151lbs in the NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships.  He took second in the JUCO National Championships as a Sophomore at Iowa Central Community College.

Dillon Geoghegan– Dillon was a three time state qualifier and was state ranked for most of his senior year.  He was a captain for both the David Brearley Football and Wrestling teams.  He took 3rd at the JUCO National Championships as a Sophomore at Iowa Central Community College.

Ben Villarett– Multiple time NY Catholic State Champion and NYC’s All-time wins leader.  He was also a prep national finalist for St. Benedicts and is currently a Freshman at Columbia University.

Chris Lantz– Chris was a three year captain for the Bloomfield High School Wrestling Team and placed 5th at the 2010 NJSIAA State Wrestling Championships.  He is a sophomore at Bergen Community College and qualified for the JUCO National Championships in 2012 and 2013.

Dan Ries– Dan placed 8th at the 2010 NJ State Wrestling Championships.

Khusen Tamarov– Placed 5th at the 2010 NJ State Wrestling Championships.

John Stramiello– Johnny is a 3X Section 9 Champion in NY and placed 6th in the 2013 and 2012 NY State Wrestling Championships.  He is a captain of the Pine Bush wrestling team and also plays Lacrosse.

Alex Moreno– Alex is a captain of the NCAA Division III Nationally ranked Stevens Institute Wrestling Team.

Steve Ramos– Steve took 3rd at the NY Wrestling Championships and is a scholarship wrestler for the NC State Wrestling Team.

Matt Digiovanni– Matt was a Region Champion and Captain for the Cranford Wrestling Team.  He currently starts for NYU’s Div III Wrestling Team.

Joe Giaccio– Joe was a three time state qualifier and is currently competing for Div III Springfield College.

Tony Carlo– Tony took 2nd in the 2010 NY State Wrestling Championships.

Vinnie Fuchetti– Vinnie is a NHSCA All-American and was a captain for the Monsignor Farrell Wrestling Program.

Mike Vespa– Mike was a 3x NY State qualifier and placed his senior year.

Joe Cummings– Joe was a 2X Section 1 Champion for Nyack High School and is currently a scholarship wrestler for NCAA Div I Appalachian State Wrestling Team.  He made the conference semi-finals as a true freshman.

Gavin Murray– Gavin won over 20 matches as a freshman for the Cranford Wrestling team.  As a Sophomore he qualified for the NJSIAA State Championships in 2013

Christian Bassolino– Christian started as a freshman for the Hanover Park wrestling team and is also the starting JV quarterback.

Joe Oliva- Joe is a 3x State Qualifier and made the Rd. of 12 at the NHSCA Sophomore National Championships.  He placed 6th in the 2013 NJSIAA Championships.  He also is the starting saftey for the Ridgewood JV football team where he also got playing time on teh varsity squad.

Mike Ferinde– Mike was a state qualifier as a senior where he suffered a knee injury at states and fell just short of placing.  He currently competes for Div III Johnson and Wales University.
